摘要
以现代信息技术为基础的现代远程教育,具有分离性、交互性、自主性、媒体性等特点,它给人类教育带来了革命性的变革,使传统教育不仅在教育价值观、教育要求、教育中心、师生关系、学习方式等方面产生根本性的转变,也实现了教育从封闭到开放的转变。
The modern distance education, which is based on modern information technology, has the characteristics of separation, interacting, initially, and medium. It brings revolutionary reform for human beings. It transforms the traditional education fundamentally in value, requirement, center, teacher- student relationship, learning mode, thus education changes from closeness to openess.
