摘要
考虑碱基突变与氨基酸水平上的选择效应,导出了密码子使用频经的时间演化方程;利用碱基突变的四参数模型讨论了平衡解的性质。对干一组粗略估计的参数进行数值计算的结果表明,本文提出的模型能较好地解释同义密码于的非均匀使用问题。
The time development equations of usage frequencies of codons are deduced by considering base mutations and the select effects on the level of amino acid. Using the four-parameter model of base mutations the stable solutions are discussed. The numerical results for a group of roughly estimated parameters show that the proposed model may be able to explain the nonrandom usage of synonymous codons.
