摘要 上海光源 3 5GeV电子储存环超高真空室采用铝合金材料 ,经数控加工后焊接而成 ,其结构复杂 ,精度要求高。在预制研究中成功地完成了一段 6m长典型真空室的设计、制造与调试。该真空室的平面度达到 0 2 3mm ,横向偏移量 1 4mm ,内表面单位面积出气率 4 1× 10 -10 Pa·m/s。在研制中暴露出结构设计和加工工艺等方面的多种问题 ,并找到了妥善解决的方法 ,为工程批量生产准备了条件。 Aluminum alloy has been adopted as the material of the 3.5 GeV electron storage ring UHV chamber for Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF).The numerical control machining and TIG welding are the main techniques.The complex structure and high dimensional accuracy requirements are the features of this chamber.The design,manufacture and test of a 6 m-long typical vacuum chamber have been successfully completed in the R & D stage.The flatness of the chamber is 0.23 mm and the maximum error in horizontal direction is 1.4 mm.The thermal outgassing rate of inner surface is 4.1×10 -10 Pa·m 3/s·m 2.Many problems on the structure design and fabrication technology have been revealed in the development and suitable solutions have been found.The necessary techniques for engineering construction have been prepared in this development.
