The establishment and management of a drug rehabilitation ward

我院从１９９４年开办戒毒病房以来，共收治自愿戒毒病人１２９７例，我们对戒毒病人的情况进行了分析，并探讨戒毒病房的管理模式及途径，即采取全封闭式管理；严格戒毒病房开办的审批程序；有一支训练有素的医护人员队伍；行之有效的管理制度；不断完善的诊治方案；配备一定数量的保安人员以及注重宣传教育等。

Since the establishment of the drug rebabilitation ward in the hospital in 1994, 1 297 voluntary patients have been admitted. An analysis is here made of the conditions of the patients and a study focused on the administrative model and way of the ward. It is prescribed that a complete isolation is clamped; the approval procedure for the establishment of rehabilitation ward tightened; a contingent of well trained medical personnel brought up; an effective administrative system framed; an ever inproving treatment plan mapped out, a reasonable size of security force organized, and public relations stressed.
