摘要
为尽快提高我校教学、科研、医疗、管理工作的质量、水平和能力,保证医院建设后继有人,我校要在2000~2010年为基础医学院和各附属医院培养5名有国际影响的学者;50名国内知名学者;100名各学科的业务骨干,即“五五一”人才工程。具体做法是:(一)制定选择条件;(二)组织选拔;(三)培养目标;(四)计划实施;(五)动态管理。通过这种方式快速培养人才,既适应医院改革和学校发展的需要,也调动了广大医务人员的积极性。
To raise the quality, level and capacity of teaching, scientific research, medical treatment and administrative work and insure a continuous supply of medical personnel for hospital development, an educational program has been made to bring up 5 internationally known, 50 nationally famed scholars and 100 backbone specialists for different branches, which is called “551” training project. The concrete steps taken are: 1)the formulation of candidate qualifications; 2)the organization of candidate selection; 3)the fixation of the training target; 4)the implementation of various plans; and 5)the control of dynamic situations. Through this fast way of specialist training, the need of hospital reforms and the requirement of school development can be met and the incentive of the medical personnel spurred.
