武汉市各级医院门诊工作的调查与思考

An investigation and deliberation on the hospital outpatient service in Wuhan

根据１９９６年武汉市各级医院门诊工作调查资料，分析了就诊病人职业分布、文化程度、经济收入、医疗费用负担形式、就诊科别、交费形式及挂号类型、不同等级医院等方面分布构成及门诊人均费用情况。此次调查武汉市门诊人均费用为８１．６４元；并就与医疗保险体制改革中有关政策性的问题进行了探讨。

On the basis of the data concerning the hospital outpatient service in Wuhan from the investigation conducted in 1996, an analysis is made on the outpatients' job distribution, education, personal income, the composition of medical cost, the departments visited, the form of medical payment and the category of registration, the location of different grades of hospitals and the average payment made by each patient, which amounts to 81.64 yuan. A study is also made of the policy questions in regard to the reform of medical insurance structure.
