“一麻四仁汤”治疗发作期哮喘汗多症临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Yima Siren Decoction" in Treating Hyperhidrosis Due to Asthma Attack

观察“一麻四仁汤”(即“二麻四仁汤”减去麻黄根 )治疗发作期哮喘汗多症 ,设“一麻组”30例 ,“二麻组”4 2例 ,疗程 2周 ,两组平喘、敛汗疗效相同 ,无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,提示“一麻四仁汤”用药更精简 。

Yima Siren Decoction' comes from 'Erma Siren Decoction' by removing Ephedra Root.They were both used to treat hyperhidrosis due to asthma attack for 2 weeks,30 cases with the former 'Decoction' and 42 cases with the latter 'Decoction'.Results showed that the two 'Decoctions' worked similarly in the relief of asthma and sweating,P>0 05.It is indicated that the former 'Decoction' can also arrest sweating even though it does not contain the Ephedra Root.
