摘要
介绍了全员生产保全管理的基本原理 ,并结合外资企业的实际案例 ,探讨了全员生产保全管理的推进步骤和深刻内涵 ,最后提出了我国全员生产保全管理的实现对策。
The basic principle of Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) method is introduced and the enforcement step and deep connotation of TPM is studied based on the case study of advanced foreign capital factories.Strategy of realizing TPM for our country is discussed.
