摘要
用被动吸烟法建立宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟幼鼠动物模型 ,比较不同浓度香烟暴露对幼鼠生长的影响。SD雌鼠于交配后第二天 ,入低、中、高三种香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5小时 ,待其自然分娩 ;幼鼠置与宫内相同香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5小时 ,至 2 1天断乳。结果显示 ,被动吸烟各组幼鼠体重、肝重、脑重均明显低于对照组 ;香烟浓度越高 ,被动吸烟时间越长 ,差异越明显。因此 ,本文宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟危害幼鼠生长 ,香烟浓度越高 ,持续时间越长 ,危害越严重。
To compare the effects of different concentration of environmental tobacco smoke exposure in utero and postnatally on growth. Pregnant SD rats were exposed to air or to different concentration of passive smoke for 5h/d, 7d/wk from day 2 of pregnancy until delivery, then their pups were exposed to same environment of passive smoking day 21 wean. Results showed the pup's weights of body, liver and brain in the passive smoking groups were significantly lighter than that of the control group. The higher the smoking concentration was, the longer the time of passive smoking was, the lighter the weights of body, liver and brain in the rats would be. Therefore, this study indicated that environmental tobacco smoke exposure in utero and postnatally harmful for the growth of the rats.
