肾移植后患者超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和丙二醛测定的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨肾移植后随访患者血清氧自由基水平和抗氧化酶活性的变化。方法 选择 5 9例异体肾移植后 1个月~ 5年不同时间的随访患者 (肾移植后Cr正常组 3 1例 ,肾移植后Cr升高组 2 8例 )和正常对照组 2 0例 ,检测血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量及肌酐 (Cr)浓度。结果 肾移植后Cr正常组和Cr升高组与正常组对照组相比 ,SOD、GSH -PX活性均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1) ,MDA含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;而Cr正常组与升高组间SOD、GSH -PX、MDA均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但Cr升高组SOD、GSH -PX活性有降低的趋势 ,而MDA含量有升高的趋势 ;同时 ,对 5 9例病例根据移植后不同时间进行统计分析 ,发现肾移植后 3~ 12个月组、12个月以上组与肾移植后 1~ 3个月组相比 ,GSH -PX活性明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而肾移植后 12个月以上组与肾移植后 1~ 3个月组相比MDA明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余组间均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但肾移植后SOD活性存在着随时间升高的趋势 ,而MDA含量则有降低的趋势。 Objectives To investigate the activity changes of serum SOD,GSH-PX and MDA in kidney transplant patient.Methods The activities of serum SOD,GSH-PX and MDA were measured in 59 cases kidney transplant patient and 20 cases normal group.Results The activities of SOD and GSH-PX were reduced evidently(P<0.05,P<0.01),however the activity of MDA was rised evidently (P<0.01) in the kindeytransplant patient compared to the normal group;The activities of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA had the same changes,but no difference(P>0.05) in creatinine normal and rised groups of the kidney transplant patients;The activity of GSH-PX was reduced markedly in 3~12 month group and over 12 month group compared to 1~3 month group in the kidney transplant patient(P<0.05),MDA reduced markedly between over 12 month group and 1~3 month group (P<0.05),other group had no difference(P>0.05),but activity of SOD trend to rise and activity of MDA trend to reduce as the time of kidney tanspantation.Conclusion The measurment of serum SOD,GSH-PX and MDA had important clinical significant in treatment and diagnosis of kieney transplant patient.
