摘要
本文导出了机床主轴组件静刚度优化设计的数学模型,编制了相应的计算机程序,提出了机床主轴滚动轴承最佳预紧的概念,并给出了最佳预紧量的计算方法和算例,对机床主轴组件的设计和调整有现实意义。
In this paper,a mathematical model is derived for optimized design of static stiffness of the machine-tool spindle assembly.Corresponding ly,a computer program is worked out and the concept of optimum pre- stressing quantity of the rolling spindle bearing is put forward.Further, with an example given,the method for the optimum prestressing quanti- ty calculation is introduced.This method has practical significance for the design and regulation of the machine tool spindle assembly.
