摘要
割草机光刃动刀片属易损元件。如能实现刀片的自磨锐性能,则可提高刀片寿命、工作效率与割草质量,采用氧乙炔焰热喷焊技术在刀片刃部喷焊一层耐磨合金,组成复合材料刀片,可以实现自磨锐。本文从喷粉类型、喷层厚度、刀体热处理工艺及工序等四个方面对自磨锐性能的影响进行了研究。试验证明光刃刀片可以实现自磨锐。并给出了热喷焊法制造光刃动刀片的工艺参数的优化组合。
The bare edged blade in a mower is a damageable component.In order to raise its service life,working efficiency and mowing quality it must be made to possess self-sharpening capacity.In this paper,the heat sp- ray welding technique using oxygen-acetylene flame is introduced so as to develop the blade's self-sharpening capacity.A layer of wearproof alloy powder is to spray on the edge,making theblade a composite piece. The effect of all the following factors on the self-sharpening capacity has been studied,that is,the type of spraying powder,the thickness of layer,the heat treatment technology and the prrocess of blade making, etc.It is proven that the blade with such an edge can well perform self- sharpening.In the article,the optimum composition of technological parameters of this welding method has also been given.
