自硬水玻璃砂溃散性的研究

摘要 本研究讨论确定风干型自硬水玻璃砂型及砂芯中附加物对残留强度及溃散性的影响。糊精有机物改进低温(300~600℃)溃散性,无机物显著降低600~1000℃温度范围残留强度。通过拉丁方正交试验,有机物与无机物组合结果较佳。向8%水玻璃砂中加入8.5%组合附加物,可使溃散率提高约5倍。 This study is made to determine the effect of additives on the residual strength and collapsibility of dehydrated sodium silicate sand cores and molds.Organic starch improves the shakeout qualities between temperatures ranging from 300 to 600℃,while inorganic materials lower the residual strength significantly between 600--1000℃,Through Latin square experiments it is observed that the combination of organic and inorganic materials yields good results.By adding them(8.5%)to sand with 8% sodium silicate binder the collapsibility rate of the mixture will have almost a five-fold increase.
