摘要
本研究编制了一个铸钢件浇冒口计算机辅助设计程序。它包括管理和储存成熟工艺;计算铸件体积,模数,冒口尺寸,浇注时间,浇口面积,冷铁和工艺出品率等;采用凝固数值模拟技术对冒口内缩孔形成部位进行予测;打印、图示浇冒口计算结果,并将其填人工艺卡;最后把有保存价值的设计存入数据库以备日后查询。本文给出了一个工厂使用该程序效果实例。
This paper describes a computer program which is being used in steel foundry for gating and riser design.The program includes a data base of proven technologies,helps calculate and prints the results of casting modu- lus,riser dimensions and its optimization,pouring time,gating area, chill and casting yield.The computer plots the selected gating and riser design and the simulated shrinkage location in the riser.It provides data printed on technological cards and stores up useful information in the data base for later use.Examples show that the program has proved itself useful to mold-rigging designers
