摘要
考虑到表面光学声子的能量随波矢的变化,本文在抛物近似下导出了离子晶体外表面极化子的有效哈密顿和有效质量。发现声子色散对外表面极化子的自陷能和有效质量均有影响。
In this paper,the variation of the energy of surface optical phonon with the wave vector is considered in a parabolic approximation.Then the effective Hamiltonian and the effective mass of the exterior-surface polaron is obtained,It is found that the surface optical phonon dispersion has certain effect on the self-trapped energy and the effective mass of the exterior surface polaron.
