78例高白细胞性白血病白细胞清除术后疗效观察

Clinical effects of leukapheresis in 78 cases of hyperleukocytic leukemia

目的 观察白细胞清除术治疗高白细胞性白血病的疗效。方法 使用 CS- 3 0 0 0 Plus血细胞分离机对 78例高白细胞性白血病患者进行白细胞清除术。结果 经白细胞清除术后 ,患者外周血白细胞数较治疗前明显下降 ( P <0 .0 0 1) ,高粘滞血症症状或体征明显改善 ,3例合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征 ( ARDS)的患者呼吸困难缓解。结论 白细胞清除术能迅速降低白细胞数 ,减轻高粘滞血症 ,是治疗高白细胞性白血病的重要辅助方法。

objective To observe the clinical effects of leukapheresis for hyperleukocytic leukemia .Methods Seventy eight cases of hyperleukocytic leukemia received leukapheresis by using CS 3000 plus blood cell separator. Results After leukapheresis, the WBC count of all patients decreased significantly (P<0.001). The symptoms or signs referable to leukostasis were improved in all patients and the complication of dyspnea was relieved in 3 patients with ARDS. Conclusion Leukapheresis can reduce WBC count rapidly and improve symptoms or signs of leukostasis in hyperleukocytic leukemia, it is an assistant therapeutic measure for hyperleukocytic leukemia.
