本文对附着体作为固 位方式修复体的临床应用现状和今后应用前景作简要论述。由于附着体义齿的固位力、稳定性、审美性好,异物性小等特点,该修复方法容易被牙列缺损、牙列缺失、颌面缺损的病人接受。随着附着体的基础研究和临床研究深入,以及成品精密附着体类型增多,临床选择附着体面更广,附着体固位的修复体已成为临床理想的修复治疗方法之一,具有良好的应用前景。

Clinical applica-tion of the status quo and the prospect of attachment retained prosthesis ever precisely expounded.Attachment retained prosthesis is easily accepted by partially edentulous.edentulous and maxillofacial defected patients.due to its characteristics like good retention, stability. esthetics as well as little sense of foreign body.With the in-depth research of attachment both clinically and basically as well as the increasing types of attachment in the market,attachment retained prosthesis,which provided us broader choices has become one of the idea therapeutic methods in prosthodontics, and owns a promising future.
