中药黄芪、苦参联合牛磺酸治疗病毒性心肌炎

Efficacy of Astragalus Membranaceus, Sophora flavescens and taurine on acute virus myocarditis

目的 :观察黄芪、苦参联合牛磺酸治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 :80例急性病毒性心肌炎病人按随机双盲原则分为 2组 ,均用泛癸利酮 (辅酶Q10 )、维生素C及抗心律失常药物治疗。对照组3 7例予极化液iv ,gtt,共 2wk ,治疗组 43例先予黄芪注射液 40mg·d- 1,iv ,gtt,qd× 2wk ,继而予健心冲剂 1包 (黄芪 15 g ,苦参 6g) ,po ,bid和牛磺酸 2g ,po ,tid。结果 :治疗 3mo后 ,治疗组临床症状和心律失常总有效率分别为 79%和 88% ,高于对照组的 5 4%及 5 7% (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。结论 :黄芪、苦参联合牛磺酸对病毒性心肌炎有较好疗效 ,且无明显不良反应。

AIM:To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy of traditional chinese medicine( Astragalus membranaceus, Sophora flavescens taurine) on acute virus myocarditis(VM). METHODS: Eighty patients with VM were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received treatment with ubidecarenone, Vitamin C and antiarrhythrnic agents. The 43 patients with VM of the treatment group received astragalus membranaceus injection 40 mg. d -1 . iv. gtt for 2 wk at first, then received JIAN XIN CHONG JI(Astragalus membranaz clus 15 g, sophora flavescens 6 g) 1 pack, po bid and taurine 2 g, po , tid. While the other 37 patients of the control group received the conventional therapy, including ubidecarenone, antiarrhgythinics. RESULTS: After treatment of 3 mo, the clinical cardinal symptom and arrhythmmia improved in the treatment group total effective rate was 79% and 88% respectively, was better than that in the control group 54% and 57%( P <0.05 and P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The traditional chinese medicine ( Astragalus membranaceus, Sophora flavescens) and taurine can be considered as one of the effective drugs in treating acute virus myocarditis,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
