摘要
目的 :建立贝那普利高效液相色谱法及其片剂的含量测定方法。方法 :采用美国Alltech公司AllsphereODS色谱柱(4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,以甲醇 -水 (5 8∶42 )为流动相 ,流速为 0 8mL·min-1,用外标法测定 ,紫外检测波长为 2 39nm。结果 :贝那普利的线性范围为 0 975~ 936ng。相关系数r =0 9997,最低检测浓度为 0 5 5ng·mL-1,样品在 2 4h内稳定 ,日内精密度RSD =0 79% ,平均回收率 98 73 % ,结论 :本方法简便、快速、准确 。
Objective:To establish HPLC method for the determination of benazepril and its tablets.Methods:The Allsphere ODS column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water (58∶42).The flow rate was 0 8 mL·min\+\{-1\}.The detection was carried out with an ultraviolet detector at 239 nm.Benazepril was measured with the external standard method.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 975~936 ng, r =0 999 7.The average recovery was 98 73%.The minimum detection concentration of benazepril was 0 55 ng·mL\+\{-1\}.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quantitative determination of benazepril and its tablets.
