HPLC测定小柴胡胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

DETERMINATION OF BAICALIN IN XIAOCHAIHU CAPSULES BY HPLC

目的 :建立小柴胡胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用甲醇超声提取样品 ,WatersNovapakC18柱(5 μm ,15 0mm× 3.9mm) ,以甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (42 .5∶ 5 6∶1.5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 76nm。 结果 :黄芩苷进样量在0 .0 5～ 0 .77μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD =0 .85 % (n =5 )。结论

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Xiaochaihu capsule.METHODS:The condition was C 18 column(5 μm,150 mm×3.9 mm); methanol water glacial acetic acid(42.5∶56∶1.5) as mobile phase , and detective wavelength was 285 nm.RESULTS:Within the range of 0.05 0.77 μg, baicalin presented a fine linear relationship between amount and peak area( r = 0.9999). The average recovery in samples was 99.6 % ( RSD=0.85%,n=5 ).CONCLUSION:This HPLC method could be used for determination of baicalin in Xiao chaihu capsule.
