摘要
目的 :评估微型钛板内固定在下颌骨骨折中的效果及可靠性。方法 :对84例共110处骨折行微型钛板内固定术。结果 :82例伤口一期愈合 ,2例二期愈合 ,术后2周观察70例张口度>30mm ,14例<30mm ,6例出现轻度咬合不良。术后无并发症发生。6月后复查52例张口度均>35mm ,。结论 :下颌骨骨折微型钛板内固定安全可靠 ,操作简便 ,经口入路避免了面部疤痕 ,对颞下颌关节影响小 ,较传统的骨折处理方法有明显的优越性。
Objective: To investigate the rigid internal fixation effects of titanium mini_plate in the fractures of mandible. methods: The rigid internal fixation of titanium mini_plate were applicated in 84 cases of mandibular fracture. Results: wounds healing of 82 cases were by first intention,two cases were by second intention.The mouth opening was>30mm two weeks after operation in 70 cases,14 cases<30mm.The minor malocculsion were observed in 6 patients.There was no complication after operation.The width of mouth_open were>35mm six months after operation.Conclusion:Rigid internal fixation of titanium mini_plate in mandibular fracture was safe and simple.The intra_oral route avoids the scar formation on face and had minor effect in temperal mandibular joint,which was obviously super than classical manuplication of the fracture.
