口腔癌颌颈联合根治术后的种植体修复
摘要
口腔癌患者的颌颈联合根治术常导致颌面外形及功能障碍 ,骨组织、软组织移植为术后的传统义齿修复创造了条件 ,而种植修复则使患者的外形、功能恢复得更为理想。但口腔癌的复发、术前术后的放疗等均是种植失败的重要因素。本文对种植时期、骨组织瓣、放化疗、高压氧疗。
