摘要
测定了生长于甘肃南部的 3种菌属野菜 (香蕈、地衣、红木耳 )中 1 4种无机元素的含量。发现其营养元素齐全 ,钙、镁、铁、碘、硒含量高是这些深色菌菜的特点。采食该菌属野菜 ,不仅具有营养价值 。
The contents of fourteen kinds of trace elements in three wildly edble funguses (Mushroom,Lichen and Red Fungus),which grow in the southern part of Gan Su,have been determined.The result shows that contents of Ca??Mg?Zn?I?Se in the funguses are distinctively higher than ordinary vegetables.These wild funguses have highly nutritive value as well as specially healthy action on human body.
