摘要 目的 :观察孕期低水平铅暴露对婴儿期听力发育的影响。方法 :测定 5 4例 6月龄婴儿的听脑干反应 ( ABR) ,并与母产时血铅、脐血铅及婴儿血铅进行相关分析。结果 :6月龄婴儿 ABR的 、 、 波潜伏期左、右耳差异显著 ,右耳明显短于左耳 ;脐血铅水平与右耳的 、 、 波潜伏期明显相关 ,相关系数分别为 0 .62 4、0 .5 92、0 .60 2 ,P值均小于 0 .0 5。结论 :胎儿期低水平的铅暴露也可能对婴儿期的听觉神经发育产生不良影响 ; Objective:To explore the effects of low grade lead exposure during pregnancy on auditory development of infants.Methods:Fifty four infants aged 6 months were measured with ABR and related analysis were made with blood lead level of mother umbilical cord and i nfants were analyzed.Results:The difference of latencies of waves Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ of both left an d right ABR was obvious. There was a significant relation among the blood lead l evel of umbilical cord and the latencies of waves Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴat right ear( r =0.6 24?0.592?0.602, P <0.05).Conclusion:Lowgrade lead exposure during prenatal period may have harm ful effects on auditory nervous development in early infants; right ear is more sensitive than left ear to lead.
