摘要
目的 :研究一定参数的微动对骨组织生长分化的影响。方法 :用特制的骨微动室模型 ,通过动物实验分别计算无微动组( A组 ) ,微动组 ( B组 )实验中 ,长入骨微动室模型中的骨组织占所有新生组织的比例。结果 :在 A组中可见大量不成熟新生骨形成 ,B组可见少量或无新生骨组织 ,但可见大量的纤维结缔组织。 A组中 ,骨组织占新生组织的比例为 ( 4 0 .65± 8.2 5 ) %,B组为 ( 6.65±2 .3 4 ) %。结论 :一定参数的微动可以显著抑制骨组织的形成而有利于纤维组织的形成。
Objective:To study the effects of micromotion which d epended on pendular changes in certain parameters, on the ingrowth and different iation of bone. Methods:We performed the animal experiment with our sp ecific bone micromotion chamber (BMC) model. The experiments were divided into tw o groups, the micromotion group (B) and the control (no micromotion )group (A). The new formed bone in BMC of both groups was quantitated and compared. Re sults:In group A there was much new bone in the model. In group B, there was litter or no new bone formation, but there were more fibrous tissue. The percentage of new bone of group A and B were 40.65%±8 25% and 6.65%±2.34% respectively. Conclusion:Micromotion may decrease the ingrowth of bone and promote the formation of fibrous tissue, and the fibrous tissue can be replaced by bone whe n micromotion is discontinued.
