摘要
目的 :进一步探讨氢氧化钙在根尖诱导成形术中的效果。方法 :实验组 5 3牙用氢氧化钙糊剂封入根管内 ;对照组 37牙封入氧化锌丁香油糊剂 ,观察其临床疗效。结果 :半年后实验组根尖愈合情况明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To further investigate the effects of calcium hydroxide for apexification. Methods: In the experimental group(53 cases), Calcium Hydroxide was filled in the root canal, while in the control group(37 cases), Zinc Oxide Eugenol Cement was used. Results: The clinical effect of experimental group was better than that of the control group after six month experiment(P<0.05). Conclusions: Calcium hydroxide can be used as one of the best agents for apexification.
