高粱育种资源丝黑穗病抗性鉴定评价

An Evaluation of the Head Smut Resistance in Sorghum Germplasm

采用人工接菌方法 ,对国内外高粱育种资源中的 10 2份主干亲本系进行高粱丝黑穗病 3号生理小种抗病鉴定。结果表明 ,参试材料中 35份材料表现免疫 ,4 4份材料表现高抗 ,8份材料表现抗病 ,9份材料表现中抗 ,6份材料表现感病。

The head smut resistance of 102 sorghum germplasm lines was screened. The results showed that, 35 lines were immune, 44 highly resistant, 8 resistant, 9 moderately resistant and 6 susceptible. The application of these lines in sorghum breeding program was discussed.
