摘要
为了进一步探讨中药丹仙康骨胶囊的治疗作用 ,从生化、骨密度与组织形态学角度评价中药丹仙康骨胶囊的治疗效果。以卵巢切除诱导制作骨质疏松模型 ,观察丹仙康骨胶囊对反应骨代谢状况的生化指标 ,以及股骨近端骨密度与股骨近端、子宫、肾上腺的组织形态学变化的影响。结果显示用药 3个月后 ,中药治疗组骨代谢参数明显改善 ,骨密度则明显增高 ,与模型组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而且中药组子宫内膜萎缩、肾上腺皮质球状带痿缩与索状带细胞浊肿均明显减轻 ,股骨近端骨小梁骨化良好 ,皮质骨厚度增大。表明中药丹仙康骨胶囊通过改善模鼠骨代谢与内分泌功能 ,促进骨形成 。
To explore and evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCD Danxian Kanggu capsule in the aspects of biochemistry, bone mineral density, histomorhology, thirty six male Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups equally: pseudo operation group, model group, TCD group, and the other two groups were made models of ovariectomized osteoporosis, then the three groups were treated with boiled water, boiled water, Danxian Kanggu capsule respectively. The influence of Danxian Kanggu capsule on the biochemistry targets of reactive bone metabolism, the bone mineral density of the proximal femur and the histomorphology of the proximal femur, uterus, adrenal gland were observed. The results showed that after the treatment of 3 months, the targets of bone metabolism were improved evidently, and the bone mineral density was increased significantly in TCM group; there was great difference between TCM group and model group. Moreover, the atrophy of the endometrium and the glomerular zone of adrenal cortex, the cloudy swelling of the fascicular zone of adrenal cortex were evidently alleviated; the ossification of the proximal femoral bone trabecula was fine; the thickness of the cortex of bone was increased,suggesting that Danxian Kanggu capsule can promote osteogenesis and inhibit bone asorption by improving bone metabolism and endocrine function, therefore it has the effect of anti osteoporosis.
