氯化亚砜对作业工人健康的影响

摘要 目的 为了解氯化亚砜对作业工人身体健康的影响 ,以便采取预防措施保护其健康 ,并为制定国家卫生标准提供科学依据。方法 在监测车间空气中氯化亚砜的浓度、气温、气湿、风速、噪声的同时 ,对观察组和对照组进行内科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、血常规、尿常规、血液生化指标及神经行为功能检查。结果 车间空气中氯化亚砜浓度为 3.12~ 10 .5 6 mg/m3,平均浓度为 5 .2 1mg/m3。气温、气湿、风速、噪声均符合国家卫生标准。体检结果观察组与对照组比较 ,除头痛、皮肤瘙痒 ,血液生化指标中的总胆红质、白蛋白 ,神经行为功能的最快反应时等两组间有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 )外 ,其余指标未见异常。结论 该车间空气中氯化亚砜浓度对作业工人身体健康尚无明显有害影响。 Objective To study effects of thionyl chloride on worker' health, in order to take some preventative measures to protect workers' health, provide scietific basis to set down national hygienic standard. Method While inspecting the concentration of thionyl chloride?air temperature?air humidity?wind speed?noise in the workshop, physical examination were made for the observation group and the control group, including internal medicine?the five sense organs?blood general?urine general?blood biologic and chemical index?and the reaction time of neuro behavioral functioh.Rasult The concentration of thionyl chloride in the workshop ranged from 3.12~10.56 mg/m 3, and the average was 5.21 mg/m 3. Air temperature?air humidity?wind speed?noise in the workshop were within the MAC. Except the headache?derma pruritus, total bilirubin and albumin in the blood, the fastest reaction time of neuro behaviral function, the rest index had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The concentration of thionyl chlride in this workshop had some mild effects on worker' health, but no serious harm.
