颅底转移瘤的影像学特征

Image feature of skull base metastases

目的 :分析颅底转移瘤的 CT和 MRI的影像学特征。方法 :14例经手术及病理证实为转移瘤。男 9例 ,女 5例。 9例 MRI检查 ;2例 CT,MRT检查 ;3例 CT检查。结果 :单发 11例 ,多发 3例。 8例转移瘤位于中颅窝 ,2例位于前颅窝 ,4例位于后颅窝。 9例有不同程度颅底骨质破坏。结论 :颅底转移瘤在 CT和 MRI表现上有一定特征性表现 ,但必须结合病史、年龄、原发性恶性肿瘤手术史及颅骨受损等综合分析方可。

Objective: It is to analyze the image feature with CT and MRI on skull base metastases. Methods: All 14 cases were metastases, which were confirmed by operation and pathology. 9 cases were male. 5 cases were female. 9 cases were examined with MRI. 2 cases were examined with CT and MRI. 3 cases were examined with CT. Results: Eleven cases were single. 3 cases were multiple. 8 cases were in middle cranial fossa. 2 cases were in anterior cranial fossa. 4 cases were in posterior cranial fossa. The destroy to a greater or lesser degree of skull base bone were manifested in 9 cases. Conclusion: The findings of CT and MRI of skull base metastases have its own specific manifestation. Furthermore disease history, age, resection history of a malignant tumor and destroy of skull bone must be combined.
