粉碎性髌骨骨折手术方法的探讨

Investigation the operative method of treatment on smashing patellar fracture

目的 :探讨治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折内固定方法的临床效果。方法 :15 5例髌骨骨折患者 ,进行钢丝环扎固定、单纯环形缝合固定、 AO张力带固定、镍钛 -聚髌器 (N T-PC) 4种手术治疗。 139例随访 6月～ 8年。结果 :钢丝环扎固定、单纯环形缝合固定、AO张力带固定、NT-PC固定 ,术后优良率分别为 82 .5 % ,6 8.2 % ,78.9%和 91.3%。结论 :镍钛 -聚髌器固定牢靠 ,简单易行 ,是治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折较理想的方法。

Objective:It is to investigate the clinical outcome of operative treatment on smashing patellar fracture by internal fixative methods.Methods: One hundred and fifty-five cases were respectively treated with steel bind, double circular suture, AO-tension band wiring and NT-PC. 139 cases were followed up for 6 months to 8 years.Results: The excellent and good rates of steel bind, double circular suture, AO-tension band wiring and NT-PC were respectively 82.5 %, 68.2%, 78.9% and 91.3%. Conclusion:NT-PC with the merits of reliable fixation and simple performance is an ideal internal fixative method.
