摘要
目的:测量目前广泛使用的一种高灵敏度的热释光剂量计GR-200(LiF(Mg,Cu,P))的临床剂量学特性,探讨测量和临床使用方法。材料与方法:用带有微机联机接口的热释光剂量仪测量得到该热释光剂量计的发光曲线,通过微机解谱分析发光峰峰温,设置相应的预热、测量和退火条件。测量了剂量计的一致性、重复性、剂量响应、能量响应、灵敏度衰减等临床剂量学特性。结论:热释光剂量学特性是临床使用的重要影响因素,尤其对于临床绝对剂量的监测。文中提出了临床使用时的具体建议。
Objective: Measured a high intensity Thermoluminescence dosimetry GR-200 (LiF (Mg,Cu,P)) which is used widely currently, discuss the method of the measurement and the clinical use. Method: Using the thermoluminescence reader with microcomputer interface to measure the glow curve and setting the correspondence program of pre-heating, measuring and anneal. Measured the dosimetric properties including correspondence, repetition, dose response, energy dependence etc. Conclusion: The dosimetric properties are the importance influence for the clinical use, special for measuring the absolute dose. Suggesting the details for clinical use in the paper.
