伤科1号方配合磁片贴敷治疗骨伤病痛症的临床与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Treatment of Pain of Orthopedic and Traumatologic Diseases with Shang Ke Fang No. 1 Combined with Application of Magnetic Flake

目的:观察伤科1号方配合磁片贴敷治疗骨伤病痛症疗效。方法:将自行研制的伤科1号方结合硬磁片,用于253例各类骨伤病痛症患者的贴敷治疗(治疗组),并与253例手法治疗组的患者进行疗效比较(对照组),同时开展相关镇痛效应方面的实验研究。即将昆明种小白鼠随机分为5组,分别为伤科1号合磁Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、不合磁伤科1号方组及单纯磁片对照组,平行对照设计,并观察结果。结果:两组临床疗效比较,伤科1号合磁片贴敷组共计253例,其中痊愈58例,显效97例,有效71例,总有效率为89.33％。手法对照治疗组253例,其中痊愈42例,显效77例,有效95例,总有效率为84.58％。经Ridit分析,两组疗效比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。实验研究结果显示,伤科1号合磁Ⅱ组和伤科1号合磁Ⅲ组具有显著镇痛效果,并呈一定的量效关系。结论:伤科1号合磁Ⅰ组、不合磁伤科1号方组及单纯磁片对照组的镇痛药效低于伤科1号合磁Ⅱ组和伤科1号合磁Ⅲ组,表明骨伤病痛症复合效应还在于药与磁的有机结合。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Shang Ke Fang No. 1 combined with magnetic flake in treatment of pain of orthopedic and traumatologic diseases. Methods: Shang Ke Fang No. 1 combined with magnetic flake was used to treat 253 cases as treatment group, and manipulation treatment was used for other 253 cases as control group, at the same time, experimental study on analgesic effect was carried out. Results: Of the 253 cases in the treatment group, 58 were cured, 93 markedly effective, 71 effective, the total effective rate being 89. 33%; and of the 253 cases in-the control group, 42 were cured, 77 markedly effective, 95 effective with a total effective rate of 84. 58%. There was a significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect (P < 0. 05). Experimental study indicated that organic combination of drug and magnetic flake can produce a good compound complex effect on pain of orthopedic and traumatologic diseases.
