摘要
目的 观察深海鱼类角燕提取物对肿瘤移植小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 采用盐溶液抽提、有机溶剂沉淀及分子筛层析等方法从海洋鱼类-角燕的药用部位制备角燕制剂,选用 S-180肉瘤移植小鼠实验模型,灌胃给药,观察其对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果 角燕制剂明显抑制S-180肉瘤在荷瘤小鼠体内生长,显著提高S-180荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数,提高荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性。结论 角燕制剂明显提高荷瘤小鼠机体的免疫功能。
Objective To study the immune regulation of the preparation extracted from sea fish Manta birostris on S-180 sarcoma transplanted mice. Methods Manta birostris preparation extracted from sea fish Manta birostris using 10 mmol/L PB containing 2 mol/L NaCl and 3 mmol/L EDTA was fractionally precipitated with 40%~80% ethanol. Further purification was achieved by Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration. The model of S-180 sarcoma transplanted mice was used to determine the effects of this preparation on the function of NK cells and macrophages ,and on the proliferation of T lymphocytes. Re-sults The preparation extracted from Manta birostris markedly inhibited the growth of S-180 sarcoma in mice. It enhanced the weight index of thymus and spleen,the activity of NK cells and the function of macrophages significantly in the mice with doses of (0. 25~1. 00)g/kg a day .respectively. Conclusions The results that Manta birostris preparation markedly enhanced the immunity of S-180 sarcoma trans-planted mice may suggest one of the mechanisms of Manta birostris of inhibiting the growth of sarcoma in mice.
