摘要
在实验室条件下,用聚乙二醇(PEG—6000)溶液模拟干旱条件,测定了10个苜蓿品种幼苗的组织相对含水量、地上部分干物质产量、相对生长率、细胞膜透性、过氧化物酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量、叶片持水力、高渗溶液下种子发芽率、反复干旱幼苗成活率,并作了根、茎、叶的比较解剖。应用主分量分析的方法对国产10个苜蓿品种幼苗的抗旱性进行了综合评定。
Under laboratory conditions of drought stress,relative water content, dry weight,relative growth rate,cell membrane permeability,peroxidase activity,free proline content,leaf water retaining ability,seed germination percentage under high osmotic solution,survival percentage after repeated drought of ten alfalfa cultivars were measured at their seedling stage and roots,stems,leaves of these seedlings were disected.The drought resistance of ten alfalfa cultivars were evaluated synthetically using principal component analysis.
