实验性口腔癌朗格罕氏细胞的动态研究

摘要 目的 研究LangerhansCells(简称LCs)与口腔癌发生的关系。  方法 采用ATP酶细胞化学法显示LCs ,动态地观察实验地鼠癌变过程中颊粘膜各病理改变中的LCs数量与形态变化。 结果 炎症状态下 ,LCs数量呈进行性减少 (P <0 .0 5) ;不典型增生时 ,LCs数量增加但少于对照组粘膜 (P <0 .0 5) ;癌变时 ,LCs数量几乎为零 (P <0 .0 5)。实验各组LCs的形态也发生了明显改变。 结论 LCs的形态与数量改变与病理变化密切相关 ,可能是影响癌变的重要局部免疫因素。 Objective To investigate the alteration of the number and cell morphology of Langerhans cells in carcinogenesis that the buccal cheek membranes of Syrian hamsters applied with dimetheybenzanthracan (DMBA). Methods 90 Syrian hamsters were divided into two groups. The experimental group was applied with DMBA, the control group with acetone solution. Syrian hamsters were killed in the fifteenth, thirtieth, sixtieth and seventy-fifth day. LCs marked with ATP-ase were calculated in microscope. Result In the experimental group, the number of LCs in hamster buccal cheek membrane decreases continue in inflammatory response (P<0.05), increases in atypical hyperplasia but less than that in control group (p<0.05) ,decreases to zero in carcinoma(P<0.05).The morphology of Langerhans cells changes significantly. In control group no alteration is noted . Conclusion The alteration of the number and morphology of LCs is closely related with the pathological response in carcinigenesis. The alteration of the number and morphology of LCs may be important local immunodeficiency cause of carcinogenesis.
