抵当汤改良方抗家兔实验性PTCA术后再狭窄的研

STUDY ON EFFECT OF DIDANGTANG IMPROVING PRESCRIPTION ON RESTENOSIS AFTER EXPERI MENTAL PTCA OPERATION ON RABBIT

的 :探讨抵当汤改良方对家兔实验性PTCA术后再狭窄的防治作用。方法 :运用血管内皮拉伤后再喂饲高脂饲料的方法造家兔实验性PTCA术后再狭窄模型 ,观察抵当汤改良方对其相关指标的影响。结果 :抵当汤改良方能有效降低血清胆固醇等含量 ,降低血小板粘附聚集率 ,提高血超氧化物歧化酶活性及一氧化氮水平 ,降低血丙二醛含量及内皮素浓度 ,降低主动脉病变血管处平滑肌细胞增殖细胞核抗原的表达。结论

Objective:To explore into the effect of prevention and treatment effect of Didangtang improving prescription (IPDT) on restenosis after experimental PTCA operation on rabbits. Methods:Employing the method of feeding high-lipid forage after endothelium pulling to establish the model of restenosis after experimental PTCA operation in rabbits,Then observing the effects of IPDT on its relative indexes. Results:IPTD can effectively adjust the content of Toatal Cholesterol(TC) in blood,decrease the rate of adhesiveness and aggregation of platelet,increase the activity of Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and level of Nitrous oxide(NO) in blood,reduce the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) and concentration of Endothelins (ET) in blood and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) of vessel smooth muscle cell(VSMC) at ill aorta. Conclusion:IPDT could effectively prevent restenosis after experimental PTCA operation.
