摘要
32头牛,随机分成2组,20头牛为试验组,在植黄同时应用 ZD 制剂,12头牛为对照组,只植黄,不加制剂。1年半后取黄,结果表明:试验组的培植牛黄平均产量(干纯品)比对照组有所增高,差异显著。
Thirty-two cattles,used for the culture of Calculus Bovis,were separated into 2 groups randomly.In the test group,which consists of 20 cattles,the liquid ZD herbs were added to the cultured materials.Another 12 cattle were used as the control group.One and a half Year later,the output of dry Cul- tured Calculus Boris in the test group were 2.125+0.843g,and those in the control group were 1.475±0.526g。The output of the test group were higher than the control group significantly(p<0.05).
