摘要 目的 探讨蜂胶对诱变剂诱发染色体损伤的保护作用。方法 应用小鼠骨髓微核试验及胎肝微核试验检测蜂胶对环磷酰胺诱发微核形成的抑制作用。结果 骨髓微核试验发现 50 0mg/kg ,2 0 0 0mg/kg和 80 0 0mg/kg 3个蜂胶剂量对环磷酰胺引起的微核发生率均产生明显的抑制作用 (F =77.83 ,P =0 .0 0 0 ) ,抑制率分别为 55.98% ,66.67%和 82 .0 5% .胎肝微核试验示 3个蜂胶剂量同样显示出明显的抑制作用 (F =2 0 1.0 2 ,P =0 .0 0 0 ) ,抑制率分别为 3 9.0 2 % ,64 .77%和 83 .4 7% . Objective To detect the inhibition effect of chromosome aberration of propolis.Method Animal:8~12 weeks mice (female∶male=1∶1,for micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) in bone marrow ) and 20 pregnant female mice (10 days after pregnancy,for micronucleus test of PCE in foetal liver) were devided into 5 groups (A,B,C,D and E) respectively by randomization.Propolis (10 g/L=A ,40 g/L=B,160g/L=C) and maize oil (100%=E):stomach injection through mouth (10 ml/kg) once a day for 5 days.PC:(A,B,C and D,50 mg/kg) hypodermic injection at the fifth day of the tests.Micronucleus tests:according to conventional methods.Result ①The rates of micronucleus in the bone marrow were 41.16 ‰ (D)and 19.30‰ (A),15.83 ‰ (B),9.17‰ (C).There was a significant difference among them (F=77.83,P=0.000 ).The inhibition efforts of chromosome aberration of propolis were 55.98% (500mg/kg),66.67% (2000 mg/kg) and 82.05% (8000 mg/kg).②The rates of micronucleus in foetal liver were 30.25 ‰ (A) ,18.63‰ (B) ,9.75‰ (C).They were significantly lower than that in group D (D=48.25‰,F=201.02,P=0.000).The inhibiting abilities of chromosome aberration of propolis were 39.02% (500mg/kg),64.77% (2000 mg/kg) and 83.47% (8000 mg/kg).The rates of micronulear of PCE in born marrow and in foetal liver were 2.17‰ and 2.13‰ in groups E.Conclusion It was indicated that propolis was a powerful inhibitor for chromosome aberration on mouse.
