人工喂养与母乳喂养婴儿的免疫功能检测及意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探讨人工喂养与母乳喂养婴儿的免疫功能 ,为大力提倡母乳喂养提供理论依据。方法 对本市人工喂养 (n =2 2 0 )和母乳喂养 (n =2 60 )两组 4~ 6个月婴儿分别进行免疫功能检测 ,并调查半年内呼吸道感染发生率。结果 ①人工喂养组血清免疫球蛋白IgG ,IgM与母乳喂养组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,IgA明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,IgE明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;人工喂养组静脉血CD3 + 与母乳喂养组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,CD4 + 明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD8+ 明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD4 + /CD8+ 比值明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。②人工喂养组呼吸道感染发生率较母乳喂养组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 人工喂养婴儿免疫功能失调 ,更易患呼吸道感染。 Objective To study immune functions in artificial-feeding and breast-feeding infants,to provide theoretical basis for breast-feeding be highly called.Method Immune functions were detected in artificial-feeding (n=220) and breast-feeding(n=260)infants at the age of 4~6 months in our city,and the incidence of respiratory infection was investigated in these infants in half a year.Result ①The levels of IgG,IgM had no significant difference between artificial-feeding and breast-feeding infants(P>0.05),but in artificial-feeding infants,the level of IgA was much lower(P<0.01),and the level of IgE was much higher(P<0.01);the level of CD 3+in veinal blood had no significant difference between artificial-feeding and breast-feeding infants(P>0.05),but in artificial-feeding infants,the level of CD 4+was much lower (P<0.01),and the level of CD 8+was much higher (P<0.01),the ratio of CD 4+ / CD 8+was much lower(P<0.01).②The incidence of respiratory infection in artificial-feeding infants was much higher than that of breast-feeding infants (P<0.01).Conclusion It is much more dangerous for artificial-feeding infants in respiratory infection,because their functions are abnormal.
