日粮中不同Ca、P、V_(D_3)水平对蛋壳超微结构的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Different Levels of Dietary Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin D_3 on Eggshell Ultra-Structure

摘要 试验结果表明:蛋壳强度与乳头状隆凸的直径呈显著的正相关,而与其密度呈显著的负相关。随着乳头状隆凸直径的增大,蛋壳栅栏层中晶状柱之间的融合增强,结构变得更加致密,因而蛋壳强度增大。随着日粮Ca、V_(D3)水平的提高,乳头状隆凸的直径显著增大。蛋壳断面的电镜照片表明:蛋壳断裂时是沿着晶状柱进行的。蛋壳外表面的电镜照片表明:蛋壳在产出时就有裂纹区,这些裂纹区很可能成为以后破裂的始点。 The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between eggshell strength and the diameter of inner eggshell surface's mammillary knob, and a significant negative relationship between eggshell strength and the density of mammillary knob. Study on scanning electron microscopic photog -raphs showed that with the increase of mammillary knob's diameters, crystal columns in the pallisade fused more strongly, and eggshell strength was increased. moreover, with the increase of calcium and vitamin D_3 in diet mammillary knob's diameter increased significantly. Scanning electron microscopic photographs of eggshell's cross section showed eggshell cracked along crystal column direction. There were splits on outershell at expulsion and probably these splits would late become the cracking sites
