抑郁性神经症某些心理学变量的对照研究

A Contral Study of Some Psychological Factors in Neurotic Depression

目的 探讨抑郁性神经症的诊断归属。方法 采用 A型行为问卷 ( TABQ)和防御方式问卷 ( DSQ)对 1 2例抑郁性神经症、56例抑郁症和 38例其它神经症进行评定。结果 抑郁性神经症的 A型行为发生率与抑郁症相仿 ( P>0 .0 5) ,显著高于其它神经症 ( P<0 .0 5) ;抑郁性神经症的 TABQ总分和 CH因子分与抑郁症无差别 ( P>0 .0 5) ,显著高于其它神经症 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 ) ;抑郁性神经症的 DSQ各因子分与抑郁症无差别 ( P>0 .0 5) ,但因子 3( F3)显著低于其它神经症 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 抑郁性神经症的心理学特征与抑郁症相仿 ,而不同于其它神经症 。

Objective To explore the diagnostic category of neurotic depression.Method 12 neurotic depression,56 major depression and 38 other neuroses were investigated by the Type A Behavior Questionnaire(TABQ)and Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ).Results In the Prevalence of type A behavior,TABQ total score and CH factor score,there were no significantly difference between neurotic depression and major depression,but significantly difference between neurotic depression and other neuroses.There were no signifficant difference in four factors of DSQ between neurotic depression and major depression,but the third factor in neurotic depression was significantly higher than that of other neuroses.Conclusion Some psychological features of neurotic depression are similar to those of major depression,but not to other neuroses.It belongs to the category of mood disorder.
