Effect of JingZhuJiangZhiPaiDu Geiatine capsule on blood lipid in rats

晶珠降脂排毒胶囊 ig给药 1g/ kg能明显降低正常大鼠的血清总胆固醇 (TC) ,低密度脂蛋白 (L DL - C) (P<0 .0 5和P<0 .0 1) lg/ kg、0 .5 g/ kg能明显降低实验性高脂大鼠的 TC、甘油三酯 (TG)和 L DL - C(P<0 .0 1) ,同时亦可明显降低动脉粥样硬化指数 (AI)、冠心指数 (R- CHD)两项指数 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示晶珠降脂排毒胶囊具有良好调理血脂作用。

The effects of JingZhuJiangZhiPaiDu(JZPD)gelatine capsule on blood lipid in rats fed on normal diet and rats fed on rich-fat diet were studied.It was found that JZPD gelatine capsule at lg/kg.d -1 ig for 14d could significantly reduce the level of serum total cholesterol(TC)and lower density lipoprotein C(LDL-C)(P<0.05, P <0.01)of rats fed on normal diet.The JZPD gelatine capsule at lg/kg,0.5g/kg dose could significantly reduce TC,triglyceride(TG)and LDL-C( P <0.01)in experimental hyperlipoidemic rats,while,the atherosclerotic index(AI)and the reference coronary heart disease(R-CHD) were obviously lowered. The results suggested that JZPD gelatone capsule could be of great advantage to regulative effect of blood lipid.
