Assay of Anthraguinone of the Mongolian Medicine" Shun Qi"oral solution

采用分光光度法测定了蒙药顺气口服液中总蒽醌及游离蒽醌的含量 ,方法选择性高 ,准确。游离蒽醌回收率为 99.87± 1.765 4(% ) ,CV% =1.77;总蒽醌回收率为 99.49± 1.1774(% ) ,CV% =1.18。独立测定 6次 ,变异系数分别为 CV% =0 .65 ,CV% =1.10。可有效地控制本品的质量。

The Center Laboratory of lnner Mongolia College of Traditional Mongolian Medicine Abstract:The total and free contents of anthraguinone in traditional mongolian medicine'Shun Qi'oral sotution were mesured with spectrophotometry here. the result:the recovery rate of the free content was 99.98±1.7651(CV%=1.77),and the total was 99.49±1.1774.(CV%=1.18).The mesurements were repeated six times, CV% was 0.65 and 1.10 respectively,we assured that this method could control the quality of the oral solution.
