本文提取了匝迪 - 5中水溶性多糖 ,用气相色谱测定水溶性多糖由阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖和葡萄糖组成 ,它们的摩尔比为 15 6∶ 0 .43∶ 6.46∶ 4.80∶ 2 3.14。用化学滴定法测定了匝迪 - 5中的微量钙为 488.17μg/g,平均回收率为 99.77% ,RSD为 0 .5 6%。

This article extracts dissolvable polysaccharide from Zadi-5,and by using phenyl hydrate-sulfuric acid determines the content of dissolvable polysaccharide,The components of dissolvable polysaccharide were identified by gas chromatography as:arabinose,xylose,mannose,galactose,glucose in the molar ratio of 1.56∶0.43∶6.46∶4.80∶23.14.This article also determines the content of trace calcium in Zadi-5 by using titration.The average recovery is 99.77%,RSD is 0.56%.
