摘要
目的 用静注油酸的方法复制兔急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)模型 ,观察高晶体一高胶体渗透压混合液 (HHS)对其动脉血气变化的影响。方法 12只兔随机分为NaCl和HHS二组。用静注油酸的方法复制ARDS模型。NaCl组动物静脉内给予 0 .9%NaCl(3~ 4ml/kg) ,HHS组动物静注HHS(3~ 4ml/kg) ,分别于静注油酸前、静注油酸后 30min、6 0min、12 0min抽取动脉血进行血气分析。结果 NaCl组动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )和动脉血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )呈进行性下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,动脉血二氧化碳分压 (PaCO2 )明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,pH值明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。HHS组PaO2 和SaO2 虽然也分别下降 ,但明显高于同一时刻的NaCl组 (P <0 .0 5 )。PaCO2 和 pH值无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 HHS能够维持较稳定的动脉血气和酸碱状态 。
Objective To observe the effects of hypertonic hyperoncotic solution(HHS) on the changes in arterial blood gas in rabbits.Methods Rabbit ARDS model was developed by intravenous injection of oleic acid. Twelve rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: NaCl treated group and HHS treated group. The rabbits in the NaCl treated group were subjected to the intravenous injection of 0.9% NaCl(3~4 ml/kg), while those in the HHS treated group to the intravenous injection of HHS(3~4 ml/kg). Blood gas was analyzed before and 30 min, 60 min, 120 min after intravenous injection of oleic acid respectively.Results PaO 2 and SaO 2 in the NaCl treated group showed a progressive decrease ( P < 0.05 ), PaCO 2 was reduced significantly( P < 0.01 ) and pH value increased significantly ( P < 0.01 ). In the HHS treated group PaO 2 and SaO 2 were reduced respectively, but significantly higher than that in the NaCl treated group at the same time points ( P < 0.05 ). PaCO 2 and pH value showed no significant changes ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion HHS could maintain a steady arterial blood gas and acid baes status after resuscitation with HHS, and was able to prevent or mitigate the occurrence of ARDS effectively.
