摘要
目的 探讨海马及皮层的氧自由基损伤与大鼠学习能力和记忆能力的关系。方法 分别制备海马和皮层氧自由基损伤的大鼠模型 ,采用条件性回避反应法分析海马损伤模型和皮层损伤模型的学习能力改变和记忆能力改变的差异。结果 皮层损伤模型学习能力的下降甚于记忆能力的下降 ;而海马损伤模型记忆能力的下降甚于学习能力的下降。结论 皮层和海马在学习和记忆均有作用 ,且皮层偏重于学习功能 。
Objective To investigate the relationship bet ween the learn and memor y on the damaged hippocampus and damaged cortex of rats by oxygen free radicals . Method The model animal that rat brain damaged by oxyge n free radical was est ablished,that hippocampus damaged model and cerebral cortex damaged model.The acquisition and retention of conditioned avoidance behavior of the model animal were observed. Results ① Learning ability decreased sig nificantly on the hippoca mpus damaged model.② Memory ability decreased significantly on the cerebral cor tex damaged model. Conclusion The oxygen free radical dam age of the hippocampus and the cerebral cortex can change the acquisition and th e retention of animal behavior,and the hippocampus probably participate in ret ention of behavior (Memory) and the cerebral cortex maybe has a hand in acquisit ion of behavior (Learn).
