摘要
目的 探讨脂质过氧化和氧自由基酶活性变化在强迫症病理机制中的作用。方法 测定 30例强迫症患者和 30例正常对照血中SOD、GSH PX活性、GSH含量和血清中LPO含量。结果 强迫症组LPO含量、SOD活性明显高于正常对照组 ,GSH含量则显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。强迫症组SOD、GSH PX与LPO ,SOD与GSH PX均呈显著直线正相关 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;正常对照组GSH PX与LPO呈显著直线正相关。多元逐步回归分析显示强迫症组LPO与SOD含量的改变具有相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ;对照组LPO含量变化则与GSH PX相关 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To explore the action of oxid izing and antioxidizing system in the pathological mechanism of the obsessive c ompulsive disorder (OCD).Method The contents of blood SOD ,GSH-PX,GSH,LPO were me asured by means of SOD.superminor rapid assay,DTNB and TBA in 30 OCD patients a nd 30 normal subjects as control group. Results The activ ity of SOD, the content of LPO of OCD patients were higher significantly than that of normal subjects ( P<0.05).The content of blood GSH of the patient was significantly lower tha n that of normal subjects (P<0.05).In the patients ,the activity of SOD and GSH- PX were positive correlation with the content of LPO. The activity of SOD was po sitive correlation with GSH-PX ;In the controls the activity of GSH-PX was pos itive correlation with LPO. Multiple regression display that LPO only related wi th GSH-PX in the controls .Conclusion The results sugges ted that free radical, lipid peroxida tion related with OCD.It provided a reliable biochemical basis for the pathophy siological mechanism and treatment of OCD.
