白细胞清除术联合标准化疗方案治疗高白细胞急性白血病

Treatment of Acute Leukemia with White Cell Separation and Standard Chemo therapy

目的 观察白细胞清除术联合标准化疗方案治疗急性高白细胞白血病的疗效。方法 应用白细胞清除术联合标准化疗方案治疗 30例成人急性白血病。结果 完全缓解 2 0例 (6 6 .6 7% ) ,部分缓解 4例 (13.33% ) ,有效率 80 % ,无效6例。该治疗达血液学完全缓解的时间 2 8～ 5 6天 ,中位缓解时间 35天。无 1例患者出现肿瘤溶解综合征。结论 白细胞清除术联合标准化疗方案治疗能迅速缓解临床症状 ,减轻肿瘤负荷 。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of white cell separation and chemotherapy on patients with acute leukemia (AL) Methods 30 AL patients were treated with white cell separation and the standard chemotherapy Results Clinical complete remission was obtained in 20(66 67%) patients and partial clinical remission (PR) in 4(13 33%) patients The median clinical complete remission (CR) duration was 35 days (range 28~56 days) Conclusions Treatment with white cell separation and standard chemotherapy can relieve clinic symptom,reduce tumor load and avoid tumor lytic syndrome
