急性白血病病人心理状态调查

Investigation of the psychological status among patients with acute leukemia

目的 调查急性白血病病人的心理健康状态和可能影响白血病发生发展的心理社会因素。方法 采用SCL 90等心理量表对急性白血病病人和健康人进行对照研究。结果 急性白血病病人存在明显的心理障碍 ,心理健康状态较差 ,存在人格的缺陷 ,常常采用不成熟的应付方式 ,起病前所经历的负性生活事件数明显增多。结论 提示病人的心理健康状态可能对白血病的发生发展和预后起重要作用 ,因此心理干预对白血病的防治可能有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the psychological s tatus of the patients wit h acute leukemia and those psychosocial factors that might influence the occurre nce, development and prognosis of acute leukemia. Methods The structured que stionnaires, such as SCL-90 etc.were used to investigate the psychological sta tus of the patients with acute leukemia and healthy persons. Results Patients wi th acute leukemia had obvious psychical symptoms or poor mental health status, a nd personality deficiency, employed immature coping styles, experienced much mor e negative life events one year before falling ill. Conclusions The patients' me ntal health status might play an important role in occurrence, development and p rognosis of acute leukemia. Providing appropriate psychological interventions wo uld be important to prevention, treatment and prognosis of patients with acute l eukemia.
